		<description>Hi Seth.  I got here from a VC&#039;s delicious feed I follow.  I want to agree with you...these are the things I want to measured on......but there is a serious reality check here.  Unless you are fueling the fire of growth, the VC will take over and you are gone.  You mention long term and vision more than a few times.  I agree...I do.  That is not what VC&#039;s want. &lt;br /&gt;
I&#039;ll admit..I&#039;m a technology CEO...and I&#039;m not sure thats who you were writing about above.  It might be interesting to compare software CEO review with other CEO reviews.  My thoughts, albeit biased, are the software CEO has 2x the duties in 1/2 the time.</description>
