As an 11 year old company in the same general business as Newmerix, we at RingMaster are very unhappy about Newmerix's decline. We thought Newmerix had an interesting approach to patching Oracle E-Business Suite and had tried to open up some partnering options. We thought their products could fit with our Framework for Oracle Applications that manage E-Business Suite maintenance including patching, cloning, backup, requests, compliance, etc. If anyone knows who has ended up with the assets of Newmerix, we would like to talk to them.

Seth, there are rumors out there today (10/30/08) that Newmerix has been shutdown. Any truth to that?
