I agree – in fact that's exactly what I am doing. Having built and stock listed 1 company and sold it on I am now in a position to start the next and believe now is certainly a perfect time to start.

I couldn't agree more. This is the perfect time to be building and not worrying about the economy. Then your business will be peaking when the economy is growing. Perfect time to be at your best when the M&A market starts heating up. Right on… couldn't agree more. Just wrote yesterday that for entrepreneurs the opportunity cost of pursuing a startup has never been lower (i.e. with falling salaries, layoffs, etc.), never been a better time to go for it.
